I offer a safe, confidential space, online or in person for you to talk through your difficulties - whether rooted in the past, present, or worries about the future.

As a qualified Integrative Counsellor (MBACP), I work in a non-judgemental, collaborative way to support you towards the change you want.

Face to face session are based in between Weybridge and Walton-on-Thames, serving Esher, Hersham, Chertsey and the surrounding areas.

Talking therapies offer a space to be heard

Talking about your struggles can feel difficult at first but it can also be deeply freeing. Talking therapies offer a confidential and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and patterns of behaviour at your own pace. By working with an experienced counsellor, you will be truly heard, and together we can gently uncover what may be holding you back from the changes you want. Counselling gives you the time and space to focus on your own needs and to make sense of your experiences.

I offer online counselling for adults from my office in between Weybridge and Walton-onThames (in Surrey).

 

I have experience counselling a range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, life changes and loss, discovering and living with ADHD as an adult, adoption and difficult childhood experiences.
